A few years ago I asked Fernando who had a lovely lunch place just around the corner of my studio, if he wanted to be part of my Project. I knew he was a good chef but he also has a special passion for knives. So it became pretty much easy to figure out which kind of pictures we wanted to do.
I wish you a wonderful week-end. Please feel free to come to my next photoexhibition to see more of the Project.
Vegan fair in Göteborg end of 2015. I walk in a hall full of people. I hold my hand to my husband, we taste delicious food, vegan, Health friendly food, ecofriendly and we are happy to see that more people are following and living in a more healthy way. Then suddenly I see a wonderful couple with long rasta hair. They seem so in love and I can’t just let them pass me by. I have to ask them. I have to tell them. So I go straight forward and I say my name and that I would love to have them in my photoproject.
Today we created together a wonderful caring picture. The picture is not fully finished yet and I want to keep it for the book to come. But I tease you with a tiny part of it.
The title “Take care of eachother” is a message to all of us, to take care of the wonderful body we have got to live our Life. To worship our relations and be there with a helping hend for people in need.
From today until Sunday the 14th of June in the town where I live, Gothenburg, we celebrate Westpride :-). We, in the team Just People are proud :-). One of the first pictures I photographed for the project had a wonderful HBTQ couple involved, Karin & Bernie. To show our support to Westpride we would like to share this picture . Ing Marie saw one of my lectures at the Swedish Church earlier this Spring and came to me afterwards with the desire to be part of the project. We talked together and after her story we decided that we wanted to take a generation picture. Mother and daughter lived a part so many years from eachother, missing eachother so much. Finally destiny brought them together again in the same town, in the same country. And when Sofia got her baby happiness was completely for grand-mother Ing Marie.
This Picture is only a teaser but it show anyway the love, happiness and longing in their Eyes.
My exhibition in Rimforsa, at Neva Books ( www.nevabooks.com ) is ongoing until 31st of May and I heard from the gallery that a lot of people have been visiting it. That makes me really happy. There you can see the original Picture “FEARLESS” with attached story.
2 new photo exhibitions soon. One during the summer time and one in October. So stay tuned and you will get more information as soon as we have all the time and dates fixed.
I am stunned, I did not expect to see this about the photo project. Råthis amazing billboard hanging all over. And the attached article. This pays back for all the work we put into the project, really.
Translated it says: “The naked truth in Rimforsa”.
