A few years ago I asked Fernando who had a lovely lunch place just around the corner of my studio, if he wanted to be part of my Project. I knew he was a good chef but he also has a special passion for knives. So it became pretty much easy to figure out which kind of pictures we wanted to do.
I wish you a wonderful week-end. Please feel free to come to my next photoexhibition to see more of the Project.
My exhibition in Rimforsa, at Neva Books ( www.nevabooks.com ) is ongoing until 31st of May and I heard from the gallery that a lot of people have been visiting it. That makes me really happy. There you can see the original Picture “FEARLESS” with attached story.
2 new photo exhibitions soon. One during the summer time and one in October. So stay tuned and you will get more information as soon as we have all the time and dates fixed.
Since the day we are born we deal with time, different times of the day, of the week, of the year. Times of life. Youth, teenage, adult, parent and last but not least when we retire.
Patience is almost impossible as a young human beeing. I am one of them. I can still want things done NOW.
But a lot of good things need time. Love needs time. Often at least. Time to be discovered, to grow, to mature.
Cicci & Christian know what they talk about when they speak out the word TIME.
Saturday, I had the chance to photograph this lovely couple. And yes, it is only a teaser.
As for this love it needed time as it is for me and Just People and the book. It needs time. We are growing now.
I wish you a wonderful week. Think about the Word TIME. What is it that triggers in your mind when you Think about time? Any special moment in your Life you want to share with us?
Annica is an amazing woman. She is what I can call it a persons with contrast in the positive way. She is YING and YANG.
A beautiful woman with an amazing smile that would kill just anybody. She lives in 2 different worlds. The man world, working at the harbour and having to do with a heavy manly work entoured by male workers. On the other side she works in a salong and fixes up brides and people that want to have a fancy make-up. All that is such an amazing blend. Of course I had to have her in my Project, this versatility intrigues me and I can image that there are other people like her out there blending the female and the male World. It’s indeed an intresting life with big contrasts and rules to adapt to.
Let’s enjoy the best of two Worlds cause every single one of them can give us something back. I tease you with the lower part of the Picture and a Picture of all the props used in this particular photo.
2013 I sent in some Pictures to the 1st Three country Grand Circuit Ireland-Montenegro-Serbia competition.
Both the Irish and the Montenegro judges liked this Picture that got accepted.
THE THINKER is dedicated to “thinking” that gives energy to a lot of things in Life, as far as for Tony from Sweden.
A special thank to Region Teater in Uddevalla for borrowing us the anvil for the Picture. It was really fun to see Tony lifting it from the trunk of the car and bringing in that heavy piece into the studio.
Back on track after a long holiday where I could charge the batteries, book new photoshoots and work on applications for future exhibitions.
Today I uploaded 4 pictures from the project to a Greek Photo contest. Let’s see how people, judges react on them. Maybe good, maybe not, but hope I get one nomination. Would be nice.
One of the uploaded pictures is this one and you get in as the original!
Enjoy and please be free to give me some feedback.
Marco loves Speleology, loves to discover traces of past lives in caves most in Italy. Crawling, getting the body full of mud isn’t a problem.
I think the curiosity of maybe finding something historical is bigger then the fact that it can be cold, windy, wet and very narrow in some parts of the caves.
Go out to the nature and get what you need for a photoshoot…. this is what happened yesterday. A rainy dark night out in the swedish forest (just behind my house) to catch a piece of nature for this picture. Per he loves nature so we wanted to represent that in the picture. This morning we added som rotten, wet leaves from outside the studio and the picture was there, ready to be taken.
